2. Services Offered

Aqua Plus provides the following water purification services in Hyderabad:

  • Water purifier repair and maintenance
  • Filter replacement services
  • Water purifier installation
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Water quality testing and analysis
  • Commercial water purification solutions

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Booking

You can book appointments through our website, phone (+91 99890 06097), or in person. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours and provide a technician visit timeframe. Appointments are subject to availability and service area coverage.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
  • Rescheduling is subject to technician availability
  • No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the appointment

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • A free diagnostic assessment is provided to determine service costs
  • We provide transparent upfront quotes before commencing any work
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods
  • No hidden charges or surprise fees apply

5. Service Warranty

Repair Warranty

All water purifier repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the repair, we will provide free re-service. The warranty applies to parts and labor covered in the original repair.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues (not our responsibility)
  • Water damage from external sources
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (filters)

6. Service Area and Response Time

Aqua Plus serves 48+ neighborhoods across Hyderabad. We commit to responding within 4 hours during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday). Emergency after-hours service is available with additional charges. Confirmation of service availability is provided at the time of booking.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your water purifier and issues
  • Ensure safe and accessible entry to your premises for the technician
  • Keep your appointment or provide 24 hours notice for cancellation
  • Maintain proper maintenance of your water purifier between service visits
  • Pay for services rendered as agreed

8. Limitation of Liability

Aqua Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or any claims arising from interrupted water supply.

9. Website Usage Terms

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Harass, threaten, or defame other users
  • Post spam, malware, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reproduce or republish content without permission
  • Scrape data from our website without authorization
